Every download starts with a 5-day free trial to look around and try the basics. Connecting your own Home Assistant needs the license key that comes with your purchase. No card needed for the trial, so there's nothing to cancel.
14-day money-back guarantee
For a lifetime purchase, or any monthly payment, email us within 14 days of the payment and we'll refund it in full. No need to explain why.
How to ask for a refund
- Email garlandenterprisesstore@gmail.com from the address you bought with, and include your order number (it's in your receipt email).
- We'll process it through Lemon Squeezy, our checkout partner, usually within 2 business days.
- The money goes back to your original payment method. Banks usually take 5 to 10 business days to show it.
Once refunded, that license key stops working. Nothing you set up is deleted.
Cancelling a monthly plan
Use the manage subscription link in your receipt email, or email us. Deck OS Cloud keeps working until the end of the month you've paid for, then those features stop. Nothing is deleted.
After 14 days
Payments older than 14 days aren't normally refundable, but if something's gone wrong, email us and we'll do our best to make it right.
